Guardian’s Real Estate Services team specializes in the acquisition, disposition, finance and rehabilitation of multifamily properties. Much of our work focuses on the syndication of Tenancy-In-Common (TIC) properties. As a syndicator, Guardian works on behalf of co-tenancy owners to negotiate acquisitions, secure financing, and often perform extensive physical and operational improvements.

Guardian Management LLC is a leading sponsor of quality TIC opportunities, with a strategic emphasis on multifamily properties in dynamic Western States markets. Since 2002, Guardian has closed $193 million in TIC transactions with more than 100 real estate buyers. Acquisitions within Guardian’s TIC program include 18 multifamily communities (3,012 units) and three retail buildings (54,000 sf).
